A: Always! Your wedding day may very well be the biggest day of your life and we want to make sure we capture every moment and having two shooters allows us to cover twice as many angles just in case someone decides to jump in front of the camera during an important moment.
Q: Do you travel?
A: Yes, travel by car up to one-hour from Huntington, WV is included with all sessions. We expect reasonable accommodations when travel requires an overnight stay so we can be fresh for your big day!
Q: Do your wedding collections include an album? Wall prints?
A: Yes, we strongly suggest using your wedding print credit for our awesome handcrafted albums and use leftover credit for your wall prints.
Q: Do your products have any guarantee or warranty?
A: All of our products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime warranty for any albums or wall displays.
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes and Yes!
Q: I'm unable to meet in person for the consultation, how does that work?
A: We often Skype or Facetime with our clients when they would like to view our sample albums or get to know one another.
Q: How do we book you for our wedding?!
A: During your consultation we will build a proposal for your wedding which you may book online. 25% of your wedding collection is due upon booking and we require a signed contract.
Q: We just bought a house and we are broke at the moment. Do you have payment plans?
